To Install the Earthing Electrode the process is very easy and simple it takes very less space for installation By boring a hole of 6 inches or 8 inches diameter & 2.5Mtrs or 3.5Mtrs. Deep.

Make a bed of 2 to 3 feet a layer of a mixture of Black Cotton soil and Mineral Filling Compound, then at the centre of the pit suspend the Electrode. Fill the annular space between the mother soil and the Earthing Electrode with the slurry [Mix it with the water] of Mineral Filling Compound. By removing the air pockets.

Leave it to settle for some time that is of 1-2 Days after 1-2 Days see the percolation level and fill the remaining space of the earth pit with Black Cotton Soil and compact it.

We Recommend 2 bag for 2 Mtrs. & 3 Mtrs. Electrode in good soil condition
OHMIC VALUE DEPENDS ON SOIL CONDITIONS WHERE EVER IT IS USED.

The left hand side figure is the crossection of the actual product.

The flat size is 50 x 6mm hot dipped galuavanirzed, the length will be either 3Mtrs or 2Mtrs, depending upon the model.

The outer pipe is a Gl (ISI marked) of 80/40mmdia.

The Flat and the pipe are rested on a thick solid Gl Base.

The gap between the Flat and the Pipe is filled with CCM by pressurized system.

The top and bottom are sealed.
